Site Name: Sarsden

Site Location: North-West Oxfordshire

The Barrow at Sarsden is noted in the papers of Percy Manning.

Known locally as Squire's Clump, this is a fine bowl barrow in good condition, approximately 75 feet in diameter, height about 10 feet, planted with beech, surrounded by a dry stone wall and ditch - possibly modern - to protect the barrow.
